We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide from €100. No code needed; free shipping will be applied at checkout.
Shipping & Tracking
Grant Oak ships orders using trusted carriers. Shipping fees and delivery estimates vary by destination and selected shipping method. Once an order ships, tracking information is provided and serves as confirmation that the order is in transit.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery times depend on destination and customs processing. Customs delays, inspections, duties, or taxes imposed by local authorities are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. These do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.
Missing, Damaged, or Not Received
Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 14 days of delivery and require supporting documentation, including photos and order details. Packaging damage alone does not qualify for a replacement or refund if the item is intact.
If tracking shows an order as “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the recipient. Customers must file a claim with the carrier and provide proof of loss. Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery are not eligible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If you need to change your size, color, or shipping address, contact info@grantoak.com as soon as possible. We can only make changes where fulfillment allows, and changes are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified. After delivery, eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking confirmation constitutes proof of shipment. By placing an order with Grant Oak, customers acknowledge and accept all shipping terms outlined in this policy.
